We develop, operate and support the Manu Online ERP system. Our development and support is in our Finnish offices just outside of Helsinki. The sales and operations are in the UK. and our service is hosted on dedicated servers provided by Rackspace, the world's leading data centre operator, located in west London.

We provide training and management advice on the use of our system and we work with local partners to provide on-site ERP implementations.

Our services use the common cloud practice of having no opening fees, 14 days trial and a one month termination period if you choose to cease using our services.

The name of Manu Online comes from manufacturing. Our focus is on the challenges that midsized companies have in running a manufacturing business (and this applies to small companies that want to do this "properly").

We realised that our industry is made up of the big international players (SAP, NetSuite, Sage etc.), whose services are terribly expensive and very difficult to implement. And then more modern cloud providers whose systems have the attraction of simplicity to set up and use but then are missing the depth of features that are needed in modern manufacturing.

We identified what is missing in most cloud applications. It is flexibility. Manufacturers have been used to running their own systems and cloud products typically are fixed and inflexible. Manu Online Enterprise Edition is our flagship product enabling us to build powerful systems where we utilise the tools of the internet age to allow us to automate the business processes of a manufacturing company to give the best paybacks in terms of productivity and customer service.
