Most of how Manu Online behaves is controlled from settings rather than code. Drop-down choices for payment terms, delivery methods, VAT rates, units of measure, item families and cost centres are all defined in company settings, so users see only what your business actually uses. Item templates, manufacturing routes, work cells and capacity per cell are all configured per item. Make-to-stock, make-to-order and engineer-to-order can all coexist for different product lines.
Extendable when configuration isn't enough
When your needs go beyond settings, Manu Online exposes an API, supports private and public apps, and integrates with cloud accounting systems like Xero, Sage, Visma and Procountor. That means custom workflows, bespoke integrations and your own internal tools can plug in without forking the platform.
Cloud-native by default
Because the system runs in the cloud, multi-user access, multi-company setups, regional compliance and identity providers like Office365 are all supported out of the box. Adding a new business unit, a new subcontractor, or an external accountant is a configuration change rather than an IT project.
